You get permanent access to WelcomeSign for up to 15 properties with unlimited devices. You also get a Founder badge displayed on your screens, voting rights on feature development, and lifetime access to all future updates. The only features not included are Enterprise-only items like API access and white-labeling.
When will WelcomeSign launch? +
We're targeting launch in Q1 2026. Founders on the waitlist will get early access before the public launch, plus priority onboarding support to get your properties set up first.
Which property management systems do you integrate with? +
At launch, we'll support 10+ PMS integrations including Guesty, Hostaway, OwnerRez, Hospitable, Lodgify, Hostfully, Uplisting, Escapia, Hostex, and Hostify. Direct Airbnb and VRBO API integrations are coming in Phase 2. We also support iCal as a backup for any system.

We've built multiple passive revenue streams into the platform. You earn commissions when guests book tours/activities through our Viator and GetYourGuide integrations (10-15%), referral fees from food delivery (DoorDash, Uber Eats), local business advertising on your screens, and equipment rental partnerships. We handle all the tracking and payouts automatically.
What if I have more than 15 properties? +
The Founder plan covers 15 properties. If you have more, you can add additional properties at a discounted rate or upgrade to our Enterprise plan for unlimited properties with white-label capabilities. Contact us after launch for custom arrangements.
Is this really lifetime access? What's the catch? +
Yes, truly lifetime access with no recurring fees ever.
